These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Castempo's website, applications, and services ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes. You may not upload content that infringes on the rights of others, contains malware, or violates applicable laws.

5. Content and ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload or create using our Services. You grant us a limited license to use that content solely to provide and improve the Services.

6. Beta services

Some features may be offered as a Beta. Beta features may be incomplete, change without notice, and are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Payment, auto-renewal and refunds

Paid features are described at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current rate, and your payment method is charged without further notice, until you turn auto-renew off in your workspace settings before the renewal date.

All fees are final and non-refundable. We do not issue refunds or credits for renewals, partial billing periods, unused episodes or allowances, or for forgetting to cancel. Turning auto-renew off stops future charges; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

Data retention after cancellation. When a subscription is cancelled or lapses, we retain your workspace data for 30 days after your access ends so you can reactivate without losing anything. After 30 days the data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Export anything you need before that window closes.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Castempo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Castempo operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
