Pricing questions
- How does the free trial work?
- Every new account gets one full month free with no card required. When the month ends you pick the plan that matches your release schedule. If you need more time, you can request another free month from your settings and we'll review it.
- What counts as an episode?
- An episode counts once, the first time you run any AI step on it in a billing month. Re-running the show kit, assets or coaching on that same episode does not use another credit.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. You can move up or down at any time and your episode and evaluation allowances adjust from the next billing period.
- Is my transcript content private?
- Yes. Transcripts are stored privately in your workspace and are only used to generate your own episode assets and coaching.
- Is there a yearly option?
- Yes. Paying yearly gives you two months free on every plan, and your monthly episode and evaluation allowances stay the same.
- Can I add more podcasts or team members?
- Starter and Host include one podcast and one seat; Pro includes one podcast and two seats. Extra user seats are $9.99 per month each, and extra podcast licenses are $15 per month each. You can add and manage them from your workspace settings.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- We keep your workspace data episodes, guests, transcripts and generated assets for 30 days after your access ends, so you can come back and pick up where you left off. After 30 days the data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered, so export anything you want to keep before then.
- Does my plan auto-renew, and can I get a refund?
- Yes every plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you turn auto-renew off in your workspace settings. All payments are final and we do not issue refunds, including for renewals you forgot to cancel or for unused episodes, so please switch auto-renew off before your renewal date if you do not want to continue.
- Do you offer promo codes?
- Yes. When we run a special, enter your discount code in your workspace settings and the percentage off is applied to your plan automatically.
